By registering for RAW TRAILS – EASTERN GHATS OFF-ROAD 2026 ("the Event"), organised by RAW TRAILS ADV ("we", "us", "our"), you ("Participant") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, do not register.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RAW TRAILS ADV. Registration is deemed acceptance of all terms herein.

• Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of the event.
• A valid Indian driving licence (motorcycle) is mandatory.
• Participants must own or have lawful possession of a registered motorcycle.
• The motorcycle must be in roadworthy condition with valid insurance and registration.
• Participants must be physically fit to undertake off-road riding.
• RAW TRAILS ADV reserves the right to refuse entry to any participant deemed unfit or unsafe.

Registration is confirmed only upon full payment of the event fee (₹3,000 per rider). Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis subject to capacity.

Group bookings are subject to applicable discounts as published on the event page. Discounts are applied at the time of payment and cannot be applied retrospectively.

Registration ID format: RT-2026-XXXX. Keep your Registration ID safe — it is required for event check-in and any correspondence.

Off-road motorcycle riding is an inherently dangerous activity. By registering, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to:

• Physical injury, including serious injury or death
• Damage to or loss of your motorcycle or personal property
• Adverse weather conditions, rough terrain, and unpredictable trail conditions
• Mechanical failure of your motorcycle
• Actions of other participants, spectators, or third parties

You voluntarily assume all such risks and agree that RAW TRAILS ADV, its organisers, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation.

• All participants must follow the instructions of RAW TRAILS ADV marshals and officials at all times.
• Reckless, dangerous, or unsportsmanlike riding will result in immediate disqualification without refund.
• Consumption of alcohol or controlled substances before or during riding is strictly prohibited.
• Participants must respect local communities, wildlife, and the natural environment.
• Any damage caused to private or public property by a participant is the sole responsibility of that participant.
• Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour towards any person will result in immediate removal from the event.

NO GEAR = NO RIDE. This is non-negotiable.

The following protective gear is mandatory at all times while riding:

• Full-face helmet (ISI or ECE 22.06 certified)
• Riding jacket with CE-rated armour (shoulder, elbow, back)
• Riding gloves (knuckle protection)
• Riding pants with CE-rated knee and hip armour
• Riding boots (ankle protection)

RAW TRAILS ADV marshals will conduct gear checks at the start of each riding day. Participants failing the gear check will not be permitted to ride and will not be entitled to a refund.

RAW TRAILS ADV reserves the right to modify the event route, schedule, or format at any time due to weather, safety concerns, government directives, or force majeure events.

In the event of a full cancellation by RAW TRAILS ADV, participants will be offered a credit towards a future event or a partial refund as per the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

All content on rawtrailsadv.com, including text, images, logos, and event branding, is the intellectual property of RAW TRAILS ADV. Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh.
